Rust Quick Start

Follow the maintained Rust Quick Start for the current Cargo client commands, workspace layout, SQLite path, and regeneration loop.

The minimum sequence is:

1. Read Latest Versions.
2. Evaluate the model and repair KSML diagnostics before generation.
3. Query the live target catalog and generate library plus application workspaces.
4. Read the generated application AGENTS.md and Cargo manifests.
5. Build and test generated output unchanged.
6. Run the application with explicit Runtime Module installation and Ensure Schema.

Use scoped Assist for exact model-derived methods instead of searching or editing the generated domain library.
